Shipping
All shipments are trackable – you will get a link with a tracking number within 2-3 business days after your payment clears.
We can arrange local pickup from our Dubai office Sunday -Thursday 10am-4pm.
Refund Policy
You can return for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase – applies only to new unused products. If the product has been used – only warranty applies. The 30-day period is between the date of purchase and the date we receive the return in our Dubai office. In order to initiate the return process, send an email to info@aficionado-group.com and we will send you the instructions. Customer is responsible for paying all postage fees.
Warranty
1-year warranty on parts and labor since the day of purchase. Customer is responsible for sending the defective parts at his/her own expense.
