All shipments are trackable – you will get a link with a tracking number within 2-3 business days after your payment clears.
We can arrange local pickup from our Dubai office Sunday -Thursday 10am-4pm.
Refund Policy
You can return for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase – applies only to new unused products. If the product has been used – only warranty applies. The 30-day period is between the date of purchase and the date we receive the return in our Dubai office. In order to initiate the return process, send an email to [email protected] and we will send you the instructions. Customer is responsible for paying all postage fees.
Warranty
1-year warranty on parts and labor since the day of purchase. Customer is responsible for sending the defective parts at his/her own expense.
